it's 150g extra lean turkey mince, 25g cooked and cooled red split lentils, 10g breadcrumbs, one egg yolk, herbs and seasoning. cooked in hot pan with a small amount of olive oil to brown, then water with a lid on the keep moist until cooked through. Not sure on just the burgers, the whole meal was 510 calories.
