You’re back! Did you go to see AC/DC? My friend’s husband and daughter went and I was thinking of you. 

Hey, Suma...........not really back. Just popping in now and again to check on you guys! I didn't go to see AC/DC. I am a purist and to me, AC/DC aren't quite AC/DC without Bon Scott. But I am sure it was a great concert anyway!

Aww, thanks for that, yfritz. I would like to say I haven't been around much cause I am having a hot girl summer, but unfortunately not! I have been keeping up with your journal though!

Same, Paul. So many new faces, I hardly know anyone anymore. I hope your injury is on the mend and that all is ok with you.  

Its been a long process but I’ve managed to keep my weight off and retain a little muscle but I think my jiu-jitsu and pull up days are pretty much over I knew that was always going to happen some time. Hope you’re keeping well, last post I read you looked well or amazingly the fit has Anne 😉 I don’t know anyone here now, the long conversations and people who got us all through COVID have all gone, all the selfless caring people who were amazing. It looks like the site has been discovered 😂 going to be another instagram 🙄 I’ve been travelling more last couple of years and managing to control my business back home successfully. Hope to see more Anne you were always an inspiration to others xx  

Sounds like it’s been a hard slog for you with the injury, Paul. I have had to change my swim completely to protect the elbows and it’s been difficult to push through but making slow progress with it. The gym is mostly cables now, again to protect elbows, which I am enjoying. So, yeah we have to adapt and be patient with it. Nice to know you are managing to travel and balance work. It’s great to hear from you.

Sadly Anne, it takes a lot for me to admit as you know, I think this is us getting old 😬 I’ll be damned if numbers are are going to change things 😉 you still look great Anne you’ll always be that DB5 x
