Honestly, I think I'm dealing with a total romance number here. But, it could also be my body bouncing back from finally having a calorie deficit again. Which is great! My goal for this week is to do -some- kind of exercise every day. And also, to avoid the fast food temptations at work. It's scary, because I'm a nanny, and I feel like the only way to avoid fast food is to just not bring any money to work, but how can I not carry cash on me? Especially considering the nature of my job. I'm not sure when I need to purchase something important that deals with the nature of my job.
I suppose what it will eventually come down to is will power. I can't create gimmicks to keep myself from over eating. I just have to fight the urge, even when I'm sad, even when I'm stressed, even when I'm frustrated beyond belief.
