So I weigh in again tomorrow and I am hoping that I have some lb loss to record for it. Except for Sunday (9/4) I theoretically should have some overall calorie deficit. Also today I did P90x again. I feel like someone was practicing jabs on my left shoulder and I am NOT looking forward to the soreness I anticipate I may feel tomorrow. At least I got a good work out in, and I MAY be getting used to/ less apprehensive of doing the workouts. Maybe I'll even get a routine started, that'd be nice. Well that is all for now.
