Absolutely can not keep any candy in the house. I bought the fun size Three Musketeers bars, with the intention of eating 2 at a time. But I ended up 7 on them last night. I will give the rest of them to my brother, to get them out of my house. Should have known better!

Beth, I have a sweet tooth too. I have all the intentions of not eating something like that, but I do and so it is best not to even buy it. Get tough with yourself. When I say no to something I really want, It makes me feel empowered. Believe me, if I can do this so can you.

sugar addict, I know all about that.... get some apple spice herbal tea or something and when you want candy have a tea instead with no sugar.

Carbs like bread will increase your sugar craving too. If it is really bad I buy a small piece eat it and don't bring it into the house.

Thanks everyone! Diehard3, I will get tough!! 8Hunter6, I do find that drinking something hot helps to fill me up and azme1, if I just have to have something sweet I will have 1 or 2 fun size and give the rest of the bag to my brother. So grateful to have supporters like all of you!!
