No loss but things can settle again both funerals have taken place . Not been too bad with eating feeling drained which is natural after the past few weeks . On Monday back to strict tracking and eating and 10k steps a day . Not been too good on the water either weather hasn’t helped there . Our wedding anniversary on Sunday and of course Father’s Day so will be having a meal out to celebrate and Chardonnay or two hopefully will have a loss next week at least no gain so far .
