so a friend said she tamed her insane menopause symptoms by going carnivore. Today I am trying it. NO SWEETNERS of ANY KIND . Also going with the priming program. Which appeals to me...because "eat till you're done or full but stick in the carnivore food group. Keep eating fatty meat until it doesn't taste good. we went on an anniversary trip and while the food was amazing... the inflammatory response ....I'll leave it at my face was so bloated the only thing keeping my eyes open is the eyelashes. And in only 4 days I gained 9 pounds even though the only sweet on the trip was a SHARED piece of carrot cake for the anniversary, no alcohol no junk food or candy. My brain is not braining properly, I'm crying over cat food commercials, I'm swinging in temperature so badly I can't sleep and some jackwagon turned up the gravity. I can't do this anymore.
