Its my enticement to get me to the supermarket, Morticia...... Otherwise I would survive on whatever the corner shop has! 

Lush,that right there is my fav meal, I'm so envious lol I can't eat eggs anymore 😒

Just for clarity.......I didn’t make these. I get them at the supermarket cafe before I do my domestic duty of the weekly shop. I require some sort of bribery to do that kind of stuff :) I do make a good scrambled egg though.

I have the same basic meal with a little cheese and no toast. Not a diet thing, just preference. I don’t like breakfast early so it just works for me. 

My poached eggs look like those.I bought myself a plastic microwave egg poaching thing.Just put in water, heat for 60 seconds then break your egg into it and another 45 seconds.Rather naice. 

This is a treat for me, Katsolo. Maybe once every 2 weeks. Its a little ritual for me, helps maintain what little sanity I have left! 

Oggicesole, for a while back there, if the poached egg chef wasn't on duty I could only get scrambled eggs. Since they invested in these new-style egg poachers, poachers have always been on the menu! 

They do offer 'any sauce' Jamie_D but I like just a little salt and that's it. Of course, you can have any sauce you want. 

There is truth in that, Smokey. My breakfast is often the highlight of the day and if its not right I can go into a right mood! 

I have Gallbladder disease so currently following a low fat diet, cut out eggs for almost month then had egg on toast and I've spent the last 4 days with GB pain? Having to reduce my daily fat intake to 10g to try to calm it down.
