I have a cataract growing too. Been dreading going to the eye doctor. How you feel? Good news on the weight loss! 

Sandy - the operation was painless. The most discomfort I felt was from the blood pressure cuff! The hard part now is waiting for my brain to learn to use the new lens (extended depth of focus) which is a different skill set.
