so, the last two days weren't so good. Bad weather kept me from the gym Wednesday, and the gym is closed for employee training yesterday and today. However, they will be open tomorrow and I will be there! My eating has been all over this week, but I'm trying to get back on track. Back to logging today. My lunch won't be too healthy--eating Chinese food with the hubby, but I will log it and make up for it at dinner with a simple soup. Planning chili for this weekend. Been craving it! I can't remember to weigh! How crazy is that? I used to be fixated on the scale, weighing 2-3 times a day, now I can't remember to weigh once a week. Maybe it's a good thing, I don't know. Anyway, just wanted to drop a quick line to say that I'm still here, still trying, have a goal of either 45 pounds lost or down 2 sizes by the end of April. I say "or" because I know that, with working out, it's possible I will drop inches more than pounds, and I mainly want in a smaller dress size when we go to a Gala the end of April.
