Introducing a few more carbs into my diet while keeping the cals around 1800 or less. Looking a tad more full. Weight still 187.x. Protein still 50 percent, carbs low 30s, rest is fats. It’s good to experiment with your macros. And with legs and dead lifts the last 2 days, more carbs were needed. From around 100-120 to 140g, not a drastic amount. Since I’m not getting on a stage, I don’t see the need to drop another 10 pounds. This is a lean comfy weight for me. And the wife approves. Happy Thursday. Chest today.
