Weight up a little. DH took me to Long Horn Steakhouse last night which explains everything - LOL.
Am actually looking forward to cooking our dinner tonight - chicken vegetable stir fry with cauliflower "rice". I put off making this for years because it looked like a lot of work. But when I actually did try it I found that it was worth it. Something about grating the fresh cauliflower seems to change the flavor and texture. BTW - I fed it to DH without saying anything and he had no idea he wasn't eating white rice until after I told him.

Isn't that funny! I did the same thing. After the hubs was half-way through the meal, his eyebrows went up and then he frowned and asked me if it was cauliflower. Ha Ha! He has liked cauliflower ever since. It is one veggie he WILL eat.

Too funny Buffy! I used to sneak things in with my DH's as well. 1st one still swears he doesn't like venison and pheasant but I cooked it all the time like beef and chicken respectively. Friends used to keep me supplied so I always had it in the freezer. Yogurt instead of sour cream etc.

Wholefood - when I was a girl my Mom was given some rabbit. She knew I wouldn't eat it so she told me it was "Prairie Chicken". It was delicious!

It does tast a lot like chicken. I used to eat it at a freind's we used to do dinners together a lot when the kids were young. Our girls were best freinds.
