Time to put the head above the parapet again! I am not going to weigh myself quite yet as I have put on a couple of kilos for sure. I will wait until I am under control again. Joining some of my buddies for dry January so fingers crossed for that.

Good luck with dry January. I am doing it on my own but when you calculate how many calories you potentially drink in a month it is frightening. I drink red wine and sourced a non alcohol Cabernet Sauvignon in Morrisons but they also do a white and rose. It obviously doesn't taste the same but in the glass almost makes you feel like you are not missing out. I am also doing low carb (under 30g) per day so hopefully that will be an extra weight loss boost.
