I know what you mean. I just left mine at Primal because in all fairness, that is how I am happiest eating. (I still eat the carrots and peas on occasion along with a sweet potato.) As CR says, there is no wrong here.

Mom - I was referring to a period of time when I did Atkins. There was never any shortage of people claiming that they knew how to "do Atkins right". After a while it ceased to be amusing.

I hear ya! That is why I NEVER claimed to be on Atkins .... ever! I always referred to Protein Power when I was low carbing but now "Primal" fits me better than anything else. It has that 80/20 rule that makes it less rigid ... and some dairy is permitted.

Atkins changed so many times that doing it wrong is relative. It's currently more like South Beach than LCHF. Don't sweat it, ketosis is a personal experience, some people have no problem at a relatively high carb count while others have to cut down to zero carbs to get there. Listen to you biofeedback, that's really all that matters.
