Wow, I really overdid it yesterday. :( I recorded what I ate to the best of my memory. I couldn't log on yesterday because Irene knocked the power out. It was thankfully very mild, just a little annoying, but things definitely could have been much worse. I am really glad that we have power back already! Yay! (Storms knock our power out frequently and we aren't always this quick to have the power restored. Last time it was out from a storm it was out for 3ish days.)

I have an interview this afternoon and I'm trying not to be anxious about it. I can tell that it's affecting my appetite as I want to eat even though I am not hungry. I don't want to let my impulses govern my day; I already went way overboard enough yesterday.
