Hi all, i started back at ww last week at 12stone 7.5 lbs, i couldnt believe my weight had soared so much in a short time, but i did know the reason why.... id been stuffing my face for months. But now i am back and committed !! i hope
i was very good all last week, went to eddie rockets twice and ate nothing on either occassion. very proud of myself, ods birthday was last week too and i had 10 points worth of cake and ate it but had enough points for it.
I have been making fruit smoothies in the mornings and veg juices for lunch as well as a light sandwich and this seems to be working well for me.
I am also very busy with 4 boys,5 turkeys, 3 chikens etc i hope this week will go well, i hope to walk this week, but i always find that when i start to walk my weight stops dropping.
