It is only Day 4 and I am feeling better already. First glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel.

And feeling better has given me some incentive (and energy) to want to cook again. Have decided what to make for dinner tonight - fresh ground pork meatballs served on zucchini noodles sautéed with garlic.

yummo! Good for you! Meatballs sound good. I found some gluten free meatballs (grass fed) at Sams club. Woo Hoo!

Mom - have never tried store bought meatballs. Let me know if they are worth trying. And have a Happy New Year!

I would say if you make homemade, nothing would taste better. I am just lazy. I tried these and they do not bloat me up like the others do. I haven't seen the grass fed meatballs any place else.
