Maybe metabolic slowdown if you have been in caloric deficit long term. Workout your muscles sometimes. Metabolic rate will increase again because body need to preserve your muscles. If you can't workout at all, add a few days of maintenance or surplus to avoid metabolic slowdown.

I am suffering from the same issue, i workout as well but my weight wont go below 85, even after being on intermitent or lowering my calories down to 1000 i dont see any progress. It is disheartening

get into slight calorie surplus for a few weeks. you may gain some weight (2-4 kgs). Work your muscles and increase intensity in your workout and after few weeks, get into calorie deficit from ur maintanence slowly and steadily.
