Just had a lovely Birthday weekend! Ate lots, laughed lots. Paying for it with my weight gain 🤷🏻♀️ I continued to log my food throughout and did eat over my cal allowance, but not massively. So hopefully it’s fluid I’ll lose just as quickly. 🤞🤞
