I was weighing 245 pounds on July 25, 2007. My 40th birthday was 5 months away. I decided that enough was enough. I will stop making excuses. I promised myself that I would lose 40 lbs by my 40th birthday. I lost 50lbs. After that I lost another 20 pounds but now i have gained back 30 of those pounds. I need to get that attitude back. I exercise regularly but my diet is not good. I need to try harder.
