I've decided to weigh myself daily, even though I know I'll have to take the results with a pinch of salt, to help me focus on eating well and exercising. I'm determined not only to lose weight but to really improve my health. I won't count calories or go on a "diet" as such. They don't work and aren't good for you. Eating whole sum natural food, no processed crap, restricting the times I eat and exercise. Realistic, manageable and sustainable.
