This week end has been interesting i had 5 gym days. I have a new trainer we work out 2 times. I lost inches as my uniform pant is falling off. My tops that did not fit properly is lose in the waist, shoulders and arms. I had 3 high calorie meal this week ending, high calorie because i did not prepare it, so don't know about oil in the protein or if butter in the rice etc. It has been a good week but would have love to see my regular 2 lb loss per week. I will review the week in detail and adjust for the coming week. My 3 challenges are going great i am following them as closely as possible about 95%.
