I’ll beat you with my 20,000 plus an exercise bike for 45 minutes, daily, starting today :)
I’m currently sitting at the office though because I didn’t plan it until I had a donut lol XD. To make up for too many treats lately, plus eating better moving on.
🤣 Cutting out meat and starting to exercise like this, yes. More vegetables, yes. Not eating sweets daily, or every other day, yes. Cutting out the sweets completely, no. Cutting caffeine completely, no.
But good job!!! 8,000 is a lot.
