Better for keeping within my guidelines but didn't drink my quota of water on 2 days, mainly because I was out and about shopping with my Mum and forgot to take a bottle of water with me.
Must take special care over my sugar intake for the next few weeks, and be very strict with myself. I may be out of the diabetic range for now, but still have to watch my diet and continue to make healthy choices. Logging my meals is definitely the wise option over the festive season I think.
