Good job, you are so trim even for a healthy weight. I would love to be 105-110 because I’m short lol— I’d love to be small like you but a lower weight because I’m tiny height-wise too. 

Hi Laine. I wouldnt say I am small. More athletic. My body shape is down to a combination of diet and exercise. I have always exercised and dieted as and when required. I think petite girls, like yourself, look fabulous when trim and exercised. I say diet for weight management, resistance exercise for body shape and cardio for fitness! Getting the balance right is a life long commitment.

You look great, but this is a weight loss app, I think it could make a lot of women sad and deflated looking at your picture. Fair enough to show food pics but fabulous body pics, maybe not a thoughtful idea. Sorry guys, I see you're all appreciating the hot body photo so I'm sure you won't agree but I'm thinking of the struggling obese women. No offense intended either Anne, fabulous figure well done you. 

Well, healthyme. I've been here for 10 years and I have always stressed how hard I work to maintain my weight. It's no easier for me than it is for anyone else. I am 58 now and it's getting harder every year and I need as much support as anyone else. 

I vouch for you l have to work harder as I lose more weight you are dedicated in everything you do respect

I prefer to call FS a weight management app. Some people here want to put on weight, some want to maintain, some want to lose weight, others want to build muscle. There's room for us all in my journal.
