I've lost 21 lbs now- and I feel great! This is so much easier now that my husband is on board with me. Even though a bit annoying at times because we all know how much faster weight seems to fall off of men!
Also been 6 weeks now with NO pop at all- didn't think I'd ever be able to do it. (Serious Diet Mountain Dew addict here!) So glad to have made this change!
