Day two of my fat fast. Trying to kick my new keto-ness into drive lol down 2.9lbs.. not so bad so far :) I would be grateful any tips.

I am on day 5 of fat fast (last day). I weigh in on Fridays so after 4 days fat fast I have lost 7lbs. I won't weigh again til next Friday so anxious to see how transitioning goes. I did BPC and macadamia nuts to try to keep my fat at 90% and above.
