Probably a more efficient formula for this but:
Lean mass = (-((%fat/100)-1)) * body weight
Currently:
Weight = 66.5kg
%fat = 18.7%
Lean mass = 54.06kg
So:
Goal weight = lean mass / (-(%fat/100 -1))
Aim:
Lean mass = 54kg
%fat = 10%
Weight = 60kg
Forgotten all my maths, took way too long to work this out.
