This is a huge milestone for me. I have officially lost 60 lbs. It's hard to imagine once carrying this weight around with me. I try to relate it to something tangible, so I picked up two 30 pound bags of dog food that I could barely lift. It makes me really appreciate not having to carry all that extra weight around. I feel lighter, going up stairs is much easier, and my 5k running times are much faster. Thank you Fatsecret and the members and supporters of this journey, you are an inspiration!
