We were supposed to have a smoked pork shoulder for dinner but I guess I can’t read. It was supposed to be 2to 3 hrs per pound not 1 hr per pound. So we had white sweet potatoes and eggplant and a salad for supper and sf pudding. I guess we will be having pulled pork tomorrow for dinner.🍽️
