I did that a few months ago. It took off 8 pounds in about 3 weeks. It was tough because it is in literally everything. Good luck! You can do it!

My stats are reading off my old weight from my last try. in one week I’m down 3 lbs. I need to make this my way of life, too many health issues and a good diet and weight loss is really the only way to relieve it. Pills just make me sit around, eat crappy food and feel terrible about it all. Lol!
