I have come along way since May looking forward to doing my challenges. I am getting better with my water drinking 591 ml bottle and doing 5/6 bottles. The more i focus on what i am doing and plan things out the better i do. I am looking forward to my mini goals as well as my ultimate goal. Having a job that allows me to be on my feet for 8 hours use to be a curse now i am seeing it as a blessing as i burn more calorie standing than sitting.
