Holding steady. I made a spinach and chicken quesadilla yesterday with some ‘carb control’ tortilla’s I found at the grocery store (only 4g of carbs each). Big mistake. It was really good but my stomach was upset for the rest of the afternoon. Guess I should stick to salads for now and introduce other carbs much more slowly.
