Great JOB! So I noticed that you are doing spike eating. What is that? I am trying to figure out the 4 hour body, That includes one day a week of eating like a pig. I usually loose a lb the day after.

The Spike diet is - very simply put - eating a high amount of calories one day per week so convince your body that you're not starving, and then eating with a deficit of calories the rest of the time, thus over a week being in a calorie deficit and losing weight.
