I don’t usually eat sugary junk foods like cake or donuts because I’m just not a fan, but today I did at a family gathering. Oh my the calories 😱 actually kind of shocking 🫣😳

i wish i was like you! I can faceplant and live in cake and donuts. The calories are insane!

When I was tracking, it was a definite eye-opener 😳 Concur with OTB, though -- one day isn't the end of the world. It's not what you eat 5% of the time -- it's the other 95%

Thanks everyone for the comments 😄 yeah no worries I’ll be fine, no plans to start eating this stuff all the time. I like my normal habits way too much 🙂 I was just a little shocked because I normally never enter foods like that on this site, so I actually just had no idea how calorie dense they are
