so i’ve finally signed up for the gym… again. i think im going to go back to swimming a couple of times a week and a couple of classes alongside my walks - thank you everyone for the advise!

after quite literally the worst year of my life, i think i’m ready to start taking back control. with the hospital stays, the eventual diagnosis of an autoimmune disease (yay me!), all of the medication they put me on and taking a break from uni; i managed to put on 40 lbs. before all of that, i was the most physically fit i had ever been and i miss it.

i’ve been enjoying seeing everyone’s approach to loosing weight, and have been incorporating them into my own daily life. it’s nice to see such a supportive community! 🫶🏻
