Well, I am finally at my latest goal. I put that "not applicable" in "how closely followed (my diet) because I don't really diet anymore. I suppose I watch what I eat to some degree and try not to overeat, but it's the being alone all the time that makes it possible. So many frozen diet meals I guess <shrug>.
The worst part of all this is now I feel like I'm still not thin enough and am considering another new goal. I haven't been this weight for probably ten years and the body just isn't the same anymore. I remember looking much thinner at this weight 10 years ago, lol. Think I'll try working out more and see what happens.
