Hello everyone, I upload a photo, on the left I was 15 months ago, there I had been eating healthy and exercising for 6 weeks, I had lost 19 pounds. The one on the right is a photo from last Sunday, where I already lost 101 pounds :)

It's been 16 and a half months since I started having better habits, in food, exercise, movement, etc., and I still want to continue improving other habits. I want to thank fatsecret and this community for helping and motivating me. on my path to a healthier life 🙂
