Looks good and a lot like the salad I had today. Because I am determined to stay beneath 100 carbs for the day I had to skip won ton strips and I measured out exactly 2 tablespoons of the salad dressing.. I really wanted a grilled cheese sandwich so I made just a half. I burned it, but it was still good. I really am not sure I can eat salads as much as you do!

It was delicious and it’s comforting to get back to normal foods. The treats were fun, but I don’t know that I’d want to eat them year round, which is kinda funny coming from me. Now that I’m mostly over the cold, I’m increasing my activity levels back to normal except for the occasional day off for fun stuff. I love grilled cheese. I think i stay under 100 g of carbs most days, but it’s because I’m trying to hit 100g of protein which is harder than the carb part. All about choices for me. Also helps that the cranberry walnut bread is gone. That was seriously hard to resist.

looks delicious, similar to my salad yesterday. trying to ease back into the healthier way of life here as well, not the easiest thing to do, but at least I know what not to do 😊
