2023 was a year of change, I don’t have a before pic but I certainly didn’t look like this. Not gonna say something overly optimistic like “this is just the beginning!” I know all too well injury or other misfortune can shatter your world in an instant. I don’t know what my future holds. So Instead I will say, cherish each moment. Don’t wait to make your life what you want. Today can be “day one”, or you can keep saying “one day”. I hope some day I can look back on this pic and think of it more as a before than an after. If this is just from one year, imagine if I could do this for 5 years! Hope as we all take a moment to look back on the year we can see some good changes in ourselves and in our lives. Happy holidays everyone.
