Went to a Christmas lunch with a group of our local ladies today . Thoroughly enjoyed no starter no dessert but did indulge in beef roast dinner 2wines and a glass of baileys.yummy. No walking the past few days back playing up which affects my balance .Also had my grandson for the weekend . My daughter went out for her birthday I can’t believe she is 38 next week my how the years have flown . So proud of my beautiful girl she has lost 6 stone this year and is looking amazing. I still have a stone or so to go back to it tomorrow. How is everyone else doing ? All busy getting prepped for Christmas? X
