Just got back from a weekend in Tulsa. Doing this eating right thing is...... Well, honestly not nearly as bad as I feared. I avoid all the sweet sugary stuff and mostly stay from carbs while increasing my protein intake. And instead of 3 main meals, I have frequent small meals/snacks every 2 or 3 hours. oddly enough, it keeps me full. Not to mention going through a ton of water, so that's good.
