Added Oatmeal (1 cup cooked with 1.5 cups fat free milk) to my egg white breakfast because its supposed to be a good carb/protein combination. I wish now I had looked at total calories it added first. Its lunch time and I'm already at half of what my total calories should be for the day to lose weight. Will go light the rest of day. Tomorrow I will find a vegetable to add to my breakfast. I've never ate vegetables with breakfast. Seems strange but I will do it if its healthier and helps me to lose weight/add muscle.

At least I dropped back closer to my low weight today after my slip Sunday night. Had 3 servings of wine and then ate wrong stuff. No more of that!
