Blob down, everything else up. Took a “quick” nap yesterday and woke up to pouring rain, so that killed any idea of a walk although I really enjoyed the sound of rain on the roof. Started a rowing workout last night and ended after 12 minutes, something was off in my back and given the past two years, didn’t want to push it and go there. Was probably from sleeping on the couch which is not optimal sleeping position. Gonna do some stretching stuff this weekend. Watched some kneesovertoesguy videos and realized I’ve been slacking on my knee exercises lately and need to start again since i have been having some pain at night off and on. May try another row this evening but need to take the dogs for a longer walk at some point. I wonder if i can train them to walk backwards with me?
Got up and walked the insane dogs first thing this morning. Seems we lost more trees and someone crashed into a wall down the street. I must have missed whatever part of the storm caused all that. I did forget to hit the button on my watch, so i didn’t get my minutes, but it’s a weekend, so it’s easy enough to close my rings anyways.
Lots to do today and tomorrow. It’s all good, time to move.
