Thanks for the offer but I'm a weirdo I don't really like icing I love cinnamon buns though just with a little butter on the top. Thinking about making some chocolate cupcakes with raspberries in them though. Lucked out and raspberries are 59 cents is 6 oz package at the grocery store couldn't help myself and bought six packs...! I got a small package of sour cream on sale the other day and have a box of chocolate cake mix knocking around the cabinet so cupcakes are on the menu I believe. 🤔😅The kids are asking for something sweet the other day anyways. 🤷🍰

John10251 agreed and I dont do them often. As long as I keep adding weight or reps every session to my normal sets I'm usually a happy camper but occasionally I'll try for a max to see where I'm at. I have spotter arms on my power rack set to the correct height for each exercise so I can fail without the risk of getting trapped by the bar
