Oh what a weekend, I was sick as a dog from Friday morning and not as bad today got a good workout in and all I did was kind of lay around Friday, Saturday and Sunday trying to get over this crude, got on the scale this morning and it told me 197 so I am hoping it is just all the water I have drank over the weekend :(

I hate being sick even my hair hurts :)
