Sometimes I am so slammed with appointments that I skip a meal and then under-eat for the day. Not good. My biggest problem with food has always been time management. I have too many responsibilities and priorities. This last year, I reduced a lot but not enough. I will need to continue downsizing to reach a sustainable, happy place.
