Oh my. I was discouraged. My scale broke. I did not keep track of my foods (like i should, for me). -- Yet i gained weight at the Doctor weigh in. He didnt know I had lost and gained some back. He only saw the part- of the loss that remained. He told me I was doing great with my weight and to keep it up. That pleased me. Louise
