My son finally got his birthday dinner. We tried to go on his birthday but due to a freak power outage there it was closed. Last week we forgot to go (all of our faults) so tonight we went. He wanted the China Buffet but thankfully they are low carb friendly. Snow crab legs, shrimp, and a few raw veggies that are low in carbs. I even skipped the diet soda and went for plain water. I'm light in steps so far today but my tummy is a little off so I might not get in the rest. Only 2.5 miles today. :( Tomorrow is tailgating at the football game. I'm skipping my drinks (just about the only time I normally drink) unless I run and grab some low carb beer. I'm not a huge fan of beer so I'll still be okay on carbs.

i love going to buffet style places because of all the healthy selections you can choose from....we always sit far away from the desert table....lol...
