Down 3 LBS over night!! Did without the nightly dessert (ice cream sundae). I am encouraged again! (I skipped lunch yesterday too) Only exercise was about a 45 minute walk with my dog - farther than usual.

Back to gym class today for Interval training. That should give me some additional weight loss IF I am good with diet today.

It took a week of logging all my food and exercise to see that my problem was the FAT in my diet. I'm trying to cut out all bad fat now.
